    1. Confirm spring Virtual Partner Meeting dates: Tues-Wed April 13th-14th

      1. Ahead of the Samvera Virtual Connect Dates (Tues-Wed April 20-21) and after Developer Congress (potentially on March)

    2. CoC – Work will start in early Feb, with a small group of Helpers to start.

  2. LYRASIS financial report for December
    Because of GAAP reporting requirements Heather’s salary and fringe has been amortized in the financial report. Richard will reach out to LYRASIS about information needed for Annual Report figures. Time to begin work on the Annual Report.

  3. Fiscal sponsorship next steps - Discussed draft timeline, message to Partners about the due diligence process, and  follow-up questions for potential fiscal sponsors.

  4. Anything for next Partner call? – Rosalyn will give an overview of what was discussed at the winter Steering retreat
