Agenda

1. Partner meeting reflection/Connect reflection

   1. Northwestern will host partner meeting again in March

   2. Consensus was smaller connect, but still a connect event. With an unconference day.

   3. Really liked the keynote speaker. Like hearing for academics and users. A subcommittee just for finding a keynote would be helpful.

   4. Workshops still valuable. Plenary day, unconference day with a wrap up, lightning talk report out? Then we have the partner meeting/developer congress, with pizza lunch together, fed by the unconference.

   5. Putting out a call as quickly as we can for a host. No longer have restriction from CA, but can still ask the community if they feel safe in particular places. Have a vote if we have more than one proposal. Have the host speak to how their campus responds to safety and inclusivity. Could ask the community.

   6. Next year will be an election year; want to make sure we’re in a place that feels very safe and comfortable.

   7. Potential options - UCSD, Pittsburgh/PALs, Northwestern. Colmex has offered to host as well.

   8. Action - put together a call for hosts for next year - Heather will prepare this
      
      

2. Call for Chapter Proposals: Open Movements: Recognizing Challenges and Building Connections

Heather and Carolyn will pursue this

   1. Board election post-Connect seats: Esḿe, Alicia, Brian

      1. Heather will put out call for nominations next week

   2. Invoicing 2023 – $63,000 still outstanding from dues
