ORCID Dev Congress

Grant application pending for work to integrate ORCID and the Hydra-based IR solution.  This is a natural subset of the IR work.

Initially the work will be Notre Dame specific but then will be generalized out for other institutions (some 50% of the grant application).  This would fund a 3-4 day dev congress, probably in Chicago.  Notre Dame will do the ND work, grant or not, but would like to get wider adoption to aid sustainability - hence the grant application.

The plan is for a core integrator that talks to ORCID - same for everyone - which is then mapped to local content models, workflows and UI helpers.

Decision on the grant expected 1st October.
