The December 2012 Hydra meeting will be structured differently than previous Hydra meetings, with the main meeting being structured to allow for a Hydra Developers Meeting / Hackfest. The Steering Group will also be holding a 2.5 day strategic planning meeting, on a separate track and away from the main meeting to plot out the community and technical roadmap for the project.
