Spring meeting

The Spring meeting, immediately following LibDevConX, will likely be in April because Code4Lib have taken our normal March slot.

We should use the meeting to:

  • set the stage for the September "Connect" meeting, drawing on the experiences of the January event in San Diego

  • address the new "marketing and growth management" strategy strand

  • do some planning around the accepted OR proposals (which should be known by then)

    • shared IR (Curate)

    • RDF and Hydra

    • Fedora 4 and Hydra

    • Hydra's overall profile
