IP around non-code contributions to Hydra

We have a robust system in place for controlling IP around our code but we currently lack a similar system around non-code materials (documentation, training materials, web pages etc). Ā We should fix this.

Our CLAs are not only for code but the wording covers "all contributions". Ā We need to get CLAs from folks who contribute non-code items and manage them as we do for code and we should probably have guidelines for non-code contributors around license statements etc.

The meeting delegated Steering Group to devise and implement a suitable process. Ā It should be noted that whilst we are "open source" in almost all aspects, this does not apply to the Hydra logo and related graphics.
