In order to have a bit of structure to the meeting and to enable the possibility of others Skyping in with a minimum of inconvenience, we'll try to stick to session slots as follows:

Community strategy

Community forecast: manage growth? How? Notes in report for "New approach" bullet New approach to Hydra meeting cycles Richard "Straw man" proposals from SG How best to organise face-to-face meetings How to establish viable regional communities and partner meetings, and still stay connected The Hydra way - orienting new people to the project; operating standards; expectations of the community. From Strategy 7: "By OR13, Hydra will have an updated and more polished articulation of its community principles, values, methods and benefits--the recipe that has defined the "hydra way" to date, and much of the project's success." Need to decide the contents list and commission writers. Richard and ??? How does the project work? How does co-development happen? What is the nature of Hydra's meetings? How to interact effectively on-line and in person How to get the most out of the project Are contributions from new partners actually welcome - if so how/when? "Hydra for" documents. Feedback on "for managers"? Develop further? More documents explaining the business case(s)? Karen & Robin--Tuesday documents with language about Hydra that is non technical - more of "why hydra than something else?" grid that describes what the different gems or heads do (functionality) in non tech talk and what state they are in - still being developed, ready to go, can be used with, etc. would need ongoing updating What would Hydra do if it had money ?
