Meeting summary

Review of the meeting:

• multitracking was good (in 2012 the meeting was single track); we got through more
• an open meeting (rather than SG + invites) was better
• we might benefit from a professional facilitator to make sure that process was followed for sessions - starting with a clear set of goals for a session through to action points and deadlines at the end.  At the least we need a rule book to remind ourselves how these things go best - and stick to it.
• integration with the devs' group was better this time.  Good.
