IP around non-code contributions to Hydra
We have a robust system in place for controlling IP around our code but we currently lack a similar system around non-code materials (documentation, training materials, web pages etc). We should fix this.
Our CLAs are not only for code but the wording covers "all contributions". We need to get CLAs from folks who contribute non-code items and manage them as we do for code and we should probably have guidelines for non-code contributors around license statements etc.
The meeting delegated Steering Group to devise and implement a suitable process. It should be noted that whilst we are "open source" in almost all aspects, this does not apply to the Hydra logo and related graphics.
