Meeting Process
Notes
- Hydra Derivatives
- PDF Thumbnail fix, the repository's CircleCI build
- The component maintenance working group may not be convening, as this is something they would pick up.
- Google Scholar
- There's a conversation in Slack
- There exists some documentation in a Github issue - https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/issues/4781
- During the meeting we responded with a one-off answer in Slack
- Hyrax Working Group access to Nurax Dev
- Nurax could be moved to Samvera Labs github space; this would help with who has access to PRs/merging. Documentation is https://samvera.github.io/samvera_labs.html
- SSH access to Nurax dev server, DCE is comfortable with
- We would want Github user's (and by proxy their SSH keys) to add to the Ansible scripts
- Proposal is that 5 or 6 Hyrax WG members would be added. That roster would change each 6 months. The product owner would send the roster of github user names to DCE.
- The SSH is more nice to have than the nice to have of moving Nurax to Samvera Labs
- Moderator / Note Taker: Lynette Rayle / Jeremy Friesen
Action Items
- Jeremy Friesen - will do some triage of the PR build, and communicate to the Slack channel
- Heather Greer Klein - Look to recharge the component maintenance working group
- Juliet Hardesty - will reach out to Max regarding current working group roster
