    1. do we need a formal review for hydra-works (since the review is the same as for cc)
    2. Discussed at DevCON in Michigan
      1. Feedback - depends on Hydra-works and PCDM, so those need to to be moved out of labs as well
      2. Interest from Hybox to do this as well
      3. Call for objections to moving just curation concerns? None heard
        1. One item in curation_concerns is Characterization metadata that still needs to be updated.
      4. Call for objections to promoting PCDM and Hydra-works? None heard
        1. Quick review shows no licensing concerns
      5. Suggestion to create 1.0 beta for Hydra-Works and hydra-pcdm
        1. Are we waiting on a possible PCDM 2.0?
          1. No reason to prevent releasing hydra-pcdm 10. beta.
      6. Decision made to promote Curation Concerns, hydra-pcdm and Hydra-Works out of labs and release 1.0 beta versions of each.
      7. Promotion Notification should be sent out by justin.
  3. Deprecate proposed repos from proposed list in "Deprecating -labs repositories" e-mail chain.
