   1. Proposed survey
      The proposed survey of Partners is at a late stage of draft (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Y5ZjNLZcZbItvvYFoyKJ2qeMywQW8TxCQqGX2eTE9QM/edit?usp=sharing).  RG to review and comment.
      
      

   2. Research into other organizations' models

3. Next steps
   Finalize survey and publish it with a two week window for completion. (RG and RS with comment from others by email as necessary)
   Start a Google doc of recommendations.  Largely a skeleton of headings and subheadings at this stage.  RG to provide by next call.
