 will release in 2 weeks - at end of two weeks, follow up with those who did not fulfill survey for another two weeks

We will send to Samvera Community to get a wider response, but focus on getting responses from Partners

Each model can have it's own spreadsheet or tab on the larger spreadsheet, but we need to coordinate information into a single sheet

Everyone is responsible for at least one model in 2 weeks
