Developer Team Management Interest Group
Scope & Objectives
Managing a team of developers is hard work, and managers would benefit from the experiences, strategies, and tools of their peers. This interest group is open to any manager with direct reports responsible for FOSS software development (whether for Samvera, other open repositories, or related software like Fedora, Blacklight, etc.) in libraries, archives, consortia, and other organizations.
