    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        2. Parent page: 2023

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  • File and Work Analytics :

    • Went live with v3.5.

    • What to do with v2.9 statistics? With new version, statistics are recorded in a different way.

    • Any migration steps available? Daniel: Not aware of any migration processes introduced. Maybe reach out to those who worked on the changes.

    • Ben mentioned he may open an issue in the Hyrax repository to start the conversation of migration assistance.

    • New errors related to the Analytics page (listed above):

      • Errors seem related to class mismatches.

      • Daniel: Please reach out to those that made the Analytics page changes.

      • Any other reports of issues tied to Analytics? Is this a specific issue tied to a v2.9 upgrade?
