Spring Partner Meeting RSVP open
Partner meeting to be held in person at the Northwestern University Norris University Center in Evanston, Illinois.
We have an RSVP form for it. Will be sent out via email.
Want to verify enough folks can attend, all product owners (anyone who is a product owner core components, etc), tech leads, etc.
Meeting is across two days.
RSVP by Feb 24
No room blocks, but several hotels are in the area
A preliminary agenda will be shared in February
To ease travel the meeting will be split across two days: March 21st from 1-5pm, and March 22nd from 9am-1pm.
Every member institution may send one in-person representative, and additionally all Product Owners and Technical Leads are invited on attend.
Please RSVP by Friday, February 24th, 2023.

Samvera Virtual Connect 2023 – feedback on potential dates
Call for program committee will go out soon
2 days in week of April 24th, or in week of May 1? (2022 was May 4-5)

Open to all, see the charter for details. In 2023 we will be evaluating the motto, and refreshing and modernizing the samvera.org website.

We haven’t had much interest in hosting yet. Some folks were looking into whether they could host

Some of the ideas included streaming some of the content for a low-level
Maybe Philly? No partner, but it’s easy to get to and we have a lot of friends!
Concentra would handle logistics, Committee would focus on content
