Welcome new Samvera Board members! Alicia Morris, Kate Lynch, Tamsin Woo

2 new board members and Alicia Morris is re-elected.

Esme will remain as past chair ex-officio.

Demo: serverless-iiif from Michael B. Klein, Northwestern University
1. Recording-demo of easy deploy in AWS.

Call for host locations for Samvera Connect conferences in 2024 and 2025
1. Review of the details of the CFP
2. Is anything missing? Unclear? Feedback on schedule/programming, perhaps move DevCongress, maybe put it first.
Save the dates for the Spring 2024 in-person Partner meeting at Northwestern University
1. Northwestern is holding Tuesday, March 19th - Thursday, March 21st, 2024. Are there preferences for which days to meet?
2. Virtual component will be available. Should we have afternoon/morning again? One vote for flying in Tuesday and having meeting Wed/Thurs.
Regional Samvera Events for 2024 and 2025
1. Anyone can volunteer to host a regional meeting; Heather available to help
2. Heather going to work on a SE meeting.
Community code priority: Transition from CircleCI to GitHub Actions
1. This move will provide significant savings
2. Included in the Developer Congress beginning on the 22^nd
3. Goal to complete by March 1, or within quarter 1.

Significant community-facing work underway from SoftServ
Hyku work—moving PALNI and PALCI, and HykuUp. Valkyrie knapsack and Hyrax release candidate.
Hyrax Valkyrization latest update, from Daniel: “37 tests remaining to fix for koppie (thanks to Brad and Ayoub!). I fully expect to see Hyrax 5.0 out by the end of January. After that, the Github Actions move and restoration of the analytics dashboard will be my top priorities.”
Proposed Interest Group needs a facilitator: Developer Managers Interest Group
Needs a facilitator
Samvera Board proposal coming in 2024, for 2025 - 5% Partner dues increase. Board will create a proposal in February for the meeting in March.
OR2024 call for proposals - deadline is today; IIIF call for proposals --deadline is Feb. 6
Maintenance pledge drive open; currently the Hyrax Maintenance WG has no additional members for 2024
Pledge drive maybe needs a refresh, not same needs
WG—will discuss at Partners in March about other avenues we want to take.
