2024-03 Samvera Partner Meeting
March 20th - 21st, 2024
We're planning a Partner meeting to be held in person at the Northwestern University Library Forum Room in Evanston, Illinois. To ease travel the meeting will be split across two days: March 20th from 1-5pm, and March 21st from 9am-12:30pm CDT local time.

Getting there
Evanston is accessible from both Chicago O'Hare (approx. 23 min. by taxi; 1 hour 45 min by CTA train) and Midway (approx. 30 min by taxi, 1 hour 20 min by CTA train). Evanston is also on the Metra train.

There are no room blocks for the meeting, however there are five hotels within 1 mile of the University Center:

Holiday Inn Chicago North-Evanston (1.2 mile)

The meetings will include beverage service and light snacks, with meals on your own. Suggested restaurants and other information will be shared closer to the meeting date.
