      2. went over NYPL-specific local genre resolution, decided not to support an official mapping

        1. ActiveFedora doesn't support RDF literals with language qualifiers

      2. discussed atomic update issue
        1. agreed to use a patch to exclude certain fields from results - SOLR issue
        2. recommended members test SOLR by applying patch to it

      4. Minting Linked Data URIs / Hosting Linked Data Vocabulary
        1. when a locally-constructed controlled vocabulary (that would be used in the object position of triples) needs to be made into URIs online, how can it be hosted in a  URL location? 

        2. one possibility is OpaqueNamespace by Oregon
    4. Segment of a File Working Group
      1. started draft of recommendation based on recommendations of open annotation for using fragment selectors
      2. defining use cases for incorporating open annotation recommendations into hydra/fedora space

      1. Questions re: is this dealing with the question hydra developers had when they were trying to figure out minting URIs?
        1. if they weren't able to find a namespace for what they want to describe in a predicate, what should they use? 
          1. the recommendation was to use opaque namespace and use predicates there)

        2. are we talking about best practices for minting URIs for controlled vocabularies?
