Leadership & Charter

We discussed the impact of Michael Tribone's departure, the lowered attendance, and the need for a new charter.

ACTION: Lynette will work with Mike Giarlo to determine the process for creating a new charter for 7.1 work.

Proxy in Add Work / Batch Create Works

Options were discussed about the location of the selection list:

  • between the Add Work / Batch Create Works heading and the tabs
  • as a popup before entering the page
  • on the RHS in the Save Work widget

Decision:  Put in the Save Work widget with the default being 'Select one...'.  Also add to the list of requirements that the user must select themselves or on behalf of.  These only show if the user is a proxy for at least one other user.

ACTION: David will create a variant of the Save Work wireframe and update the issue.

 

Toolbar

PR was merged to add the toolbar and changed the masthead.  We had a question regarding the inclusion of an Admin menu.  Lynette ran into issues trying to implement the admin functionality where user did not respond to the admin? method even if the user had the admin role assigned.  This made it impossible to check if the admin related links are working in Sufia 7.

ACTION: Lynette will follow up on admin questions.
