  - we've moved the thumbnail to the left-hand side to be with the title and abstract and not in the right-hand side with actions and relationships
  - when items in list are less than 10 remove extra dropdowns for sorting and such
  - Do we prefer the thumbnail to be on the left?
  - Do we still like removing extra interface elements when items are less than 10?
