Original timeline in mid-January was to align with support and availability of resources for HyBox
Timeline can be extend, but not past the end of February
Slack as main communication channel, use wiki for finalized material and more organization
Talked about the UI group's work so far and movement around certain initiatives; for example, workflow diagrams for metadata and file first, wireframes, and personas.
Deliver recommendations, workflow diagrams, wireframes for non-UI and other technical people who will be working on Sufia 7 in 2016
