1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:
  1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"
  2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.
  3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

SoftServ is working on derivatives:
- We start with set A of files that belong to the file set. We have an agenda of what files we want for the file set (call it set B). The processing will generate the B - A files and we will attach to the file set A ∪ B .In Hyrax B is the FileSetDerivativesService; and it mostly ignores A.

IU Scripts and strategies for indexing Avalon instances from SOLR 6 to SOLR 8.
IU performing some skunk works for ActiveFedora on Fedora 6; there are failing specs for Avalon. Going to reach a decision point regarding pivoting to Valkyrie (which is more sustainable)
