    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. Freya adapter merged; Frigg not yet--Fedora setup issues. Frigg commands are commented out.

  2. Flexible metadata (Allisonflex) work is ongoing with SoftServ (trying to reduce size of PR).

  3. Hyrax builds are broken because of Rubocop custom linters added.

  4. Accessibility issues are being addressed by Randy.

  5. Minor release for Avalon (7.8):

    1. IIIF content switch; adding context search with highlighting for transcripts

    2. Ramp can still do content search, too

    3. squashing bugs and dependencies

  6. Emory University has found that, while working with new Hyrax v5.x/Fedora v6 application, that Bulkrax isn’t capable of creating FileSets from a separate CSV line item. All Files to become FileSets must be listed in the work’s file column, removing the capability of customizing an individual object. The code in Bulkrax for the file_set creation method contains a TODO comment.
