    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. Issue that was blocking Hyrax Fedora 6 support in Hyku that has to do with server-managed predicate name spaces, all in the Fedora documentation, but the Valkyrie adapter was doing things a little differently, so Daniel is working to make that match what Fedora 6 does. Fixing this will unblock the resource status system in Hyrax, which uses other predicates. Also looking at Fedora 6.5 not resolving slashes in IDs. 6.5.1 release candidate it is still a problem, seems like a problem with underlying Tomcat version. The way we are doing it is deprecated, and new way doesn’t work. Found that in Fedora 6.4 problem doesn’t exist, but does in 6.5, same version of Tomcat. Daniel might call into Fedora tech call tomorrow to follow up on this.

  2. Final release of Avalon 8 will be on released gems. Merging Fedora 6 code. Looking at what a migration looks like using the Fedora tooling, so far so good just a large thing to migrate. Looking at Hyrax upgrade to rails 7.2, looks like there might be a bug in Hydra editor, might need another release to support rails 7.2.
