    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: 2023

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. Hyrax 5 is coming soon!

    1. Hyrax 5.0.0.rc3 was released last week

    2. Some minor bugs are being worked on, but nothing unexpected

    3. Hope to do a stable release on Friday

  2. Enable Github discussion feature?

    1. Github discussions is a threaded conversation feature, like a forum

    2. Would this be appropriate for the community?

      1. Could be useful for folks who are having trouble but don’t want to file an issue or for general discussion.

      2. Someone would need to check on the discussion to make sure that asks for help are addressed. We could add it to the list of sites that we check on the tech call.

      3. Daniel will enable for Hyrax and see how it goes.
