    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. Emory still prototyping Hyrax on Fedora 6 with ActiveFedora branch.

    1. Installed Bulkrax

      1. Problem with access checking but can workaround

    2. AccessControl objects storing to root of fedora and not pairtree

      1. Chris has run into this in Avalon and has a fix

    3. Issue editing existing FileSets due to issue with versioning being different between Fedora 4 and Fedora 6

    4. Daniel suggests creating tickets in Hyrax for these and tagging them appropriately

    1. Valkyrization QA effort sort of blocked

  3. Valkyrization effort getting passed off soon from Software Services to Surfliner and Princeton teams
