Are we happy with the Phase 4 CfP?
No feedback for the potential deliverables
We can always choose to respond to critical bugs, but we should address them on a different sprint schedule (otherwise we cannot address this in a timely manner)
Hence, the potential deliverables were removed this will be removed from the Phase 4 CfP
Still reporting to the Roadmap Council
2019 report is linked on the previous year
Historically: CfP for a few weeks, then poll everybody that signs up
James will send the e-mail to the community for the CfP
Link to the page from the notes, and otherwise wipe it out
Moved the Charter to the Samvera parent page, all IG pages are structured in this manner
