  3. hydra-jetty PR: https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-jetty/pull/ updates to solr 4.3 and removes some unused JARs, reducing size by 32 MB (awead)

  4. What is wrong with hydra-derivatives/hydra-file_characterization? (jcoyne) 
    1. Causing failures in sufia: Encoding::UndefinedConversionError see https://travis-ci.org/projecthydra/sufia/jobs/12435266
    2. Tried to pull in hydra-derivatites into sufia (jfriesen)
      1. Normally missing /bin mode flag
      2. FITS is trying to fire.  In the sufia spec helper there was a limitation to the FITS override command through the public method.
    3. Jeremy having problems with local sufia tests not passing without Imagemagick flag and JPG2 support disabled. (jfriesen)
    4. Rebuilding sufia master. (jfriesen)
      1. Rebase from Mike Giarlo's latest Readme commit. (jfriesen)

  5. Need to release hydra-head 6.4 this week.
