- hydra-jetty PR: https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-jetty/pull/ updates to solr 4.3 and removes some unused JARs, reducing size by 32 MB (awead)

- Normally missing /bin mode flag
- FITS is trying to fire. In the sufia spec helper there was a limitation to the FITS override command through the public method.
