New home for nurax testing servers

  • DCE is looking for someone to take over hosting these

  • Valuable to community for testing hyrax and for comparisons to local apps

  • Heather is talking with the Samvera Board

    • Looking to see if community can/should support this

    • Wondering about what the cost of hosting is

    • Hope to have this figured out quickly

Hyrax 4.0.0.beta2

  • Came out last week - big change was solr graph query for nested collections

  • Hope to get a release candidate out as part of next Hyrax Maintenance WG sprint

  • Still have some outstanding deprecation PRs that should be merged first

  • tamsin will look over their deprecation PRs and try to get them green

Samvera Dev Congress in January

  • Last week of January? 23rd-27th

  • Virtual

  • Wiki page coming soon

  • Hyrax-Valkyrization might be part of this

  • Future in-person dev congress needs a host (one that is in an approved state for travel)
