    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2022-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: 2022

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

      • Makes sense to be in general

      • Developers might not be the best the answer this

  • Pull Request reviews

  • Solr 8 upgrade

    • To handle log4j issue

    • Anyone done this?

    • Max is working on this as well.

      • Run Solr 6 and Solr 8 side by side for a while

      • Point Solr 8 at Solr 6 data and do a progressive reindex?

        • Thomas has tried something like this…not really working

        • Need to got Solr 6 → 7 then 7 → 8

        • Index upgrader tool provided by Solr

        • Running into this error: org.apache.lucene.index.IndexFormatTooOldException

    • Solr support group for those working on this?

    • Keep app running on Solr 6 then use a different environment to reindex to Solr 8. Switch over when reindex is complete.

      • Try this before doing anything more tricky

      • Only tricky point is having Solr 8 index being a little behind Solr 6 index due to time it took to reindex

      • Make sure to be on latest version of ldp gem which has huge improvements for reindexing speed
