    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2021-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: 2021

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  • Review status of Hyrax analytics PR - https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/pull/5089 - @Juliet Hardesty

    • Sara pushed new code to address comments, mostly documentation related

    • no other updates so far

    • comments regarding existing code pointing to “old way” (statistics way) of analytics - nothing changed with that code (nothing removed or modified) but question about whether or not to remove this code as part of this PR

      • User profile areas might show things differently but unclear if this means this code should be removed?

      • maybe a separate PR to remove old code (statistics) later?

        • need to test with someone using current/old statistics code to make sure adding analytics PR as it is doesn’t break anything with statistics

        • @Thomas Scherz will test this since they have statistics working

        • then later PR can remove statistics code as a way to encourage upgrading to use new analytics

  • November 24 Tech Call staying on calendar

  • Can also use Dev Congress time the following week if anything further needed for analytics PR review
