Eating and drinking in Evanston and vicinity
Bars/taverns with decent beverage options
- Prairie Moon. Excellent, diverse beer list (we have reservations for the group for Thursday evening)
- Celtic Knot. Your classic irish pub, pours a good Guinness (moved Thursday evening dinner to the Celtic Knot -- we'll be in the back room at 6pm. Reservation under Claire Stewart or Hydra Project)
- The Cellar . Smaller in size and a little pricier food, this is the little sister to the Stained Glass, one of Evanston's best restaurants. Eclectic and impressive beer/beverage list (though not as large as Prairie Moon's) with tasty appetizers/bar bites. Not great for a large group, but nice for small gatherings.
