Existing Hydra-sphere Code that builds customized displays of objects:

  • Atrium from Notre Dame

  • Selected_databases in SearchWorks (Stanford BL): http://searchworks.stanford.edu/selected_databases

    • powered by a config file

  • DIL – can order images for display

  • Hypatia – ordering objects into a series

Use Cases:

  • Curators building an exhibit from resources in a digital repository

  • Subject specialists building a subject guide / lib guide from catalog records

  • Faculty building collections for teaching or research

  • integration with WebCMS (Drupal)
