    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 



Notes

  1. @Bradley Watson and @Ayoub Belemlih have been working on fixing issues with Sirenia (Fedora 6 Valkyrie). Predicate work is in progress and Deletion issues have already been addressed.

  2. Location field is working in Hyrax Valkyrie because of @Daniel Pierce's PR.

  3. A request for facilitator for a Management support group was made.

  4. @Chris Colvard asked if anyone still uses hyrax_doi to review a PR of his. No one on the call does, unfortunately. @Thomas Scherz offered his help because he uses a similar tool.
