Collection Extensions update (Lynette Rayle)

1. Plan is to merge CE branch into master via a PR this week.
   1. Additional clean-up will happen on master and during pre-release review
   2. Should there be an extended review process?
      
      1. Review has taken place throughout the CE process
      2. Lynette Rayle will send an email requesting that folks interested in a review assign themselves on a specified timeline.
   3. Q: Will people run through the manual test scripts during review?
      1. A: No. The plan is that this would happen during pre-release testing.
   4. Nurax Honeybadger errors; there are several recent uncaught exceptions that might be CE-specific
      1. tamsin woo will ensure Lynette Rayle has access.
