    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: 2024

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  1. Upcoming Hyrax sprint cycle

    1. Starts on Tuesday the 21st

    2. The project board

      1. Ask Heather if you need access to it

    3. Will be announced in slack channels

    4. What will be getting worked on?

      1. Is there space for non-developers to be helpful this cycle?

      2. Yes, will definitely need help QA testing when Rails upgrade PR gets merged and other accessibility fixes

  2. Bulkrax 9

    1. valkyrie support?

      1. somethings seem not to be fully implemented yet specifically ValkyrieObjectFactory and creating FileSets

    2. Can’t create file set directly

    3. Brad says file sets have to be created through a work

    4. David from UCSB looking at upgrading from Hyrax 5.0.1 + Bulkrax 7

  3. Outreach and Engagement WG

    1. Next meeting: 2/19/2025 2025-02-19 Outreach & Engagement agenda and notes

    2. Looking at redoing hyrax.samvera.org

    3. Will use new static website template (contentful/next.js/github pages) that Avalon and Hyku are using now

    4. Will need to update a lot of content: language and organization

    5. Anyone is happy to join discussion. Will probably spawn new working group.

  4. Requests for help

    1. Sneha Gundurao (UCSC) - admin role issue - Admin user cannot view works or admin dashboard items, but unauthenticated user can view works

      1. Randall is trying to help

      2. Does anyone else have any ideas?

      3. UCSC has joined surfliner team so David might be able to help at next surfliner meeting

      4. Daniel - workflows not loading?

      5. Possibly could be workflow issue

      6. On old version of Hyrax so odd that it is happening all of a sudden

    2. Chris Bartos - issue with file sets not getting updated in UV when changed (Hyrax 3.6)

      1. Riiif caching issue should have been fixed in 3.5 (See https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/issues/2910 )

      2. Caching issue: browser? manifest? riiif?

  5. Pull Requests

    1. Test suite not green for last couple of PRs/merges, but seems flaky/indeterminate

      1. Should these failing tests hold up PRs or can PRs still get merged even with flaky failing tests?
