    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  2. Hyrax Community Sprint (4/14-25)

  3. tesseract training data bundled with hyrax

    1. currently trained on mid-tier data (for mostly pdfs)

      1. Is this the best choice to balance size of training data and usage needs?

        1. Rob still thinks so…maybe

    2. hyku is trained on more complex higher-tier data (for handwritten manuscripts)

    3. OCR will only go so far and can’t derive a reliable transcript

    4. is tesseract still the best tool for this now?

  4. Work for Valkyrie migrations

    1. Done in main_before_rails_72

    2. Some hyku implementations are using that branch for migration performance improvements

    3. Queuing indexer to avoid so many solr indexing calls for works with many children

      1. Stash into redis and have background job do the actual indexing

  5. Hyrax github CI build trigger

    1. Need to also run builds for PRs to -stable branches?

  6. Issue with deploying via capistrano and honeybadger announcement tool (@Bradley Watson )

    1. Has flexible metadata been integrated into hyku?

      1. Under active development now in a branch

      2. Last issue hopefully just resolved

      3. Going into testing for hyku 6.2

      4. Great! Will this be going into hyrax?

        1. There is a plan to do this but don’t know when it will get done. Waiting on Rob’s availability

    2. Ordered metadata in valkyrie

      1. Postgres - yes

        1. by happy accident

        2. No helpful UI for reordering them

      2. Wings - no

      3. Fedora - no

      4. order_already gem exists which might help with this
