    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call XXXX-XX-XX"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: (Verify value is current year)

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish. 




Notes

  1. Flexible metadata in Hyrax update from Rob: down to one bug; next step is modularizing the actual flexing. Hoping to get that done this week, but will be reaching out for help for sure. Will be in flexible groundwork PR.

  2. Still tidying up for Hyrax 5.2 release. After initialize hook in Hyrax is not playing nicely with the database.

  3. Working on Frigg migration adapter locally at IU.

  4. Hyrax repo request for more documentation of Hyrax and Fedora 6; request for Gravaton processors for AWS; Rob believes this is ARM 64. A reminder that the threaded discussion forum option is turned on for the Hyrax GitHub repo.

  5. Rob doesn’t see a reason not to release Hyku 6.2, which has been a release candidate for a while.
