4. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

   1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2019-xx-xx"

   2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

   3. Popup will open for location. It should contain: 

      1. Space: Samvera

      2. Parent page: 2019

   4. Select copy. New page should be created.

   5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

Moving Hyku out of samvera-labs (Allinson)

• Proposal issued to the community (e-mail sent to the mailing list)

• Hyku does meet the promotion criteria

• There were no responses to the e-mail (perhaps due to the holidays?)

• No objections from anyone on the call!

• Will post another e-mail on the dev. list

• Was there a timeline after the e-mail when a repository should be promoted?

  • No, this was never explicitly stated

• Hyku IG just wants this addressed as quickly as possible (meets monthly)

• Plan to promote towards the end of January

Valkyrie 1.4 Release (Pendragon)

• Just released today

• Releases with Fedora 5 support
