Review and discuss

• Many pages got moved over during dev congress

  • Follow up tasks:

    • Broken template "related" links got brought over in some pages, need to be removed

    • Verify content that got brought over is up-to-date

    • Review empty, placeholder pages to determine if content still needs to be brought over, or if the placeholder should be removed

  • After follow up tasks, rethink kb structure/organization

• Heather does general wiki cleanup in December

  • Can do formatting cleanup

  • Can mark pages as "draft" or something similar to denote that they need review

• Should existing GitHub Wiki documentation be brought into the kb?

  • For now, the kb should link to existing external docs (like GH Wikis)

  • Hyku Wiki, for example, has a mix of both technical and non-technical documentation. Maybe moving non-technical docs to the kb could be a long-term goal

Next steps for pattern and practice guidance

• Plan for the rest of the year

  • Will meet once in December

  • Heather will remove template stuff from old kb

  • Julie will go through empty pages and categorize them somehow

  • Kiah will make some high-level notes on kb structural suggestions and start linking to GitHub Wikis (samvera and samvera-labs)
