    • Good resource for repository managers to get an introduction to the application. Has been sent to new repository managers

    • Overwrite documentation is useful, also catalog_controller

    • Helpful for new developers to get familiar with review and PR process

    • Value to linking to this resource from other projects (e.g. Hyku). Maintaining multiple sets of documentation is difficult

    • Nora indicated that they used it a lot a few years ago when they migrated but haven’t since

    • Meredith was unaware of this resource

    • Anna says it's helpful as a reference, but was most useful when migrating

    • Some concern about it being up to date

    • Many didn’t know it existed

    • Some have found certain pieces useful

• Having an easy-to-update index of where new documentation lives at the end of this process would be very helpful, especially for folks who were used to referencing info that has since moved

  • Have already discussed doing this in Confluence in a future phase

Next steps for pattern and practice guidance

• Ask the Repository Management IG for feedback re: the kb

• Decide how to move forward with Phase 3
