  • Signups so far
    • 10 via Google form, more expected
    • Andy will ping people who have added their names to the "Interested in participating?" main page but who have not signed up via the form
  • Topics suggested
    • Most popular: Fedora 4 migration; Spotlight; content modeling
    • Others: UX; ingest workflows; code release workflows
    • Eben will update main wiki page with a better layout for proposed topics/sessions; Andy will integrate suggestions from form as they come in
    • Karen will include a list of most popular topics in next email regarding meeting to be sent to attendees
  • Meeting structure/agenda options
    • Decide morning of:
      • pros: organic, less organization to do ahead of time, can let attendees' interests dictate
      • cons: potential for some wasted time at beginning until things get worked out
    • Via email/form beforehand
      • Could send out an email with a link to a form where people could vote for favorite topics?
    • Open with updates from each institution
      • Have each institution do a 5-10 lightning talk where they discuss current status, what they're working on, demo projects, etc. (Similar to beginning of Boston Hydra Partner meeting in Summer 2013

    • Cap registration by April 15
    • Karen will send out update email asking for more participation with topics, etc.

    • Michael will send Karen list of people from recent Hydra Camp at Yale

    • concern about conflict with and overlap with NEFUG that happens following week
    • feedback on that concern desired

  • meeting will be developer focus to get NE Hydra developers together where they might not be ableĀ to travel to other Hydra events
  • chance for developers to network andĀ talkĀ toĀ each other, share info and work, and possibly write code together if there is taskĀ identified
