Institution updates	Each institution will give an informal 5-10 "lightning talk"-style presentation where they provide updates on current projects, discuss recent milestones, give a demo of functionality (existing or in-development), etc.
Fedora 4	Integration with Fedora 4 for existing projects; getting Hydra up and running with Fedora 4; etc.
Spotlight	Discussion of Spotlight features; how to integrate Spotlight into an existing Hydra project, etc.
Content modeling	Looking at the emerging Portland Common Data Model; content modeling for complex objects; content modeling in Fedora 4; modeling in RDF; other strategies for modeling
Code release workflows	How do we manage the application life cycle? How to manage new releases of your own codebase?
UX discussion	Open discussion of various UX topics with regard to Hydra and Blacklight
APIs	Opening up data within your repository to the outside world; integration of Hydra-managed content with Wordpres, Drupal, ??
Preservation & auditing	What tools are available for preservation and auditing? What are institutions doing along these lines currently?
Intro to Hydra	Informational session for institutions that are new to the Hydra stack and/or institutions thinking about implementing Hydra
Hydra Connect 2016	The possibility of hosting Hydra Connect 2016 in the Boston area and planning a proposal submission.
Hydra for managers	Discussion of issues related to managing software development projects with Hydra
