Date/Place
- Both Brown and Yale offered to host. Brown has large room plus smaller breakout rooms. Yale has a larger lecture hall and classrooms for breakout sessions. Yale also has a new Center for Teaching and Learning.

- Joe and Tracy will check room schedules to see what's availabile May 9-26. Availability may decide venue.
- We will also reach out to Dartmouth, Amherst to see if they are interested in attending/helping to plan the meeting
Meeting Structure
- Meeting will be a single day (probably 9:00am-4:00pm). The group prefers a Monday (possibly May 15 or May 22)
- 2-3 talks in the morning, breakouts (lightning talks, show and tell, institution updates, etc.) in afternoon
Action Items
- Alicia will create a page on Hydra Wiki and add meeting notes
- Tracy will create a google form for signup to link to from the wiki.
- Ask people to add names if they are interested in attending, and suggest topics for discussion
- Also ask in anyone is interested in helping
- Joe and Tracy will check on availability of rooms at Brown and Yale
- Will institution provide coffee/pastries/lunch?
- If no, what do we charge for registration?
- Once we have a location and date we'll put a call out via Code4lib, NEFUG, Slack with link to google doc
