2b: Rails 5 and Hyrax (Michael Joseph Giarlo)

Both Hyrax 1 and 2 will require Rails 5. That's all.

cam156: what about CC?

Mike: that isn't not rails 5 only

Lynette Rayle: what version of rails 5?

Mike/Justin: Hyrax says 5 anything, but some components aren't yet ready for 5.1 (simple_form), so support for 5.1 will come once all component gems are updated
