Managing Development Projects - Meeting Notes

A large turnout caused us to break out into two separate groups.

This group consisted of solo manager/developers and managers that identified with being a small development shop.

(if someone from this group could post notes, that would be great)

This group consisted of managers that had larger teams or multiple teams.

(we had several note takers, contributions from each would be welcome)
