Action items
Reach out to Hyrax, Avalon and Hyku groups to get their thoughts on what their Accessibility needs are.
Meet in December and formalize a loose plan/agenda for 2022’s goals and activities relating to Accessibility work
Open a Slack dialog getting feedback from others about what Accessibility needs they might have
Decisions
- Perhaps feature an Accessibility part of the Samvera website where we highlight the community’s Accessibility compliance goals.
- Develop and document Case Studies for how any Samvera Partners have approached and handled Accessibility concerns in a specific application (in-house or Samvera)
- For example some work @christina chortaria is doing with auditing apps at Princeton
- Or how @Mat Jordan and @Adam J. Arling are using a package like Radix Primitives to put Accessibility first when building UI anything.
