SC2019 Poster Printing and Submission Information

All institutions attending Samvera Connect 2019 are encouraged to create a poster for the poster session that will be held on October, 23rd.  Washington University is offering free poster printing services for all registered attendees. The deadline to submit your posters is October, 16 by 12 PM Central.  Please submit all posters to. this Google folder using clearly identifiable names.  To do this, you will need to be logged in to your Google account - if you haven't got one, please email the file to samvera-connect@googlegroups.com.

A basic poster template has been included here. Instructions on how to prepare the poster for printing are included in the template and are also listed below:

  1. Go to File > Save As. Select PDF for the file type. PDF if the preferred file type.
  2. Open the PDF in Adobe Reader, Acrobat or Photoshop. Verify that the width and height are correct and click OK. Preferred dimensions are 36in x 48in.
  3. Check for errors and check the image quality (zoom with View > Zoom In).

There are also other printing solutions available close to campus.
