Participation target date:   (optional field for when your call closes, etc. Make it clear if this is flexible or is a hard deadline)

What we need:  (What is your end goal? Are you testing a release, gathering information to inform a report, making a call for proposals, etc.)

Who we need:   (Be clear about who you need so the reader knows if they qualify, i.e., is your survey for only developers or anyone in the Community? Do you need 3 developers with Hyrax experience for your sprint? Do testers need experience or can anyone help you test?)

Time frame:   (How long is your survey open, how often does your group meet, how often does the sprint happen, what is the testing window, etc.)

To participate:    (where or how does someone sign up, link, etc)
